Installation
Your new boiler will be installed with as little disturbance to you and your home as possible. Not only are our engineers highly trained to install heating systems, they are fully house trained too! We like to work neatly and keep tidy on the job. We'll cover all the areas we're working in with carpet protectors and dust sheets to ensure your not left with any mess when we leave.
Your new system will be installed professionally and meet all industry standards. You'll receive a gas safety certificate, a benchmark log book and a building compliance certificate from Gas Safe so you can sit back and relax in the knowledge your new boiler is installed correctly and operating perfectly. We also register your warranty for you with the boiler manufacturer so you can enjoy a cost free boiler for up to 12 years.
Maintenance
Not only do we install new heating systems, we also maintain them. Following your new boiler installation we'll carry out your annual service and stamp your logbook to ensure your boiler is working at it's best and it's warranty is kept up to date. We also provide a number of other maintenance services such as power flushing and chemical cleaning of your radiators and pipe work.
System cleaning and servicing is often overlooked by home owners and problems are usually left until it's too late. If you want the most out of your boiler it's important to have it checked annually by one of our engineers so we can keep it running efficiently and highlight potential problems before they happen. Power flushing and chemical cleaning are also great ways of helping your system last longer, run quieter and potentially reduce your gas bill. If you have cold spots on your radiators or if your system seems noisey give us a call, we can arrange for an engineer to test for dirt build up and get your system running at it's best.
Repair
If your boiler is broken or showing signs of failure get in touch with us straight away. We appreciate how easy it is to take your boiler for granted and forget it's there until it's not working. Because of this we endeavour to respond to breakdowns as quickly as possible and in most cases carry out the repair on the same day. We'll carry out all relevant checks to get to the root of the problem and replace only the parts that are at fault. We can get hold of most parts for most boilers on the same day so don't panic and call us as soon as you can.
In the unfortunate event your boiler is beyond repair we will arrange to replace your boiler as a priority installation so your not left without heat and hot water.
